The house gained notoriety after the release of the horror film “The Conjuring,” which tells the story of the Perron family’s experiences living in the home during the 1970s. The family reported experiencing unexplained events such as objects moving on their own, doors opening and closing by themselves, and strange voices speaking to them in the middle of the night.
